Friends and Supporters of District #33:

On behalf of the referendum committee, the school board, the administration, teachers, staff, and especially the kids in district #33, a hearty thank you goes out to all of you.

Our school referendum passed on Tuesday by a vote of 1929 yes-votes to 1779 no-votes. This means the district will continue to offer a quality education to our children.  We went from 34% of the vote last November to 52% on April 1st. Quite a feat!  We couldn’t have done it without the help of each and every one of you. We needed every YES vote that you worked for.  You were great!

It is exhilarating to see what a small dedicated group can accomplish. We are proud of our community, and exceptionally proud of you - our community’s heart and soul.  Thanks for all your hard work.  It will reap dividends in the years ahead.
